Legal Question in Medical Leave in Missouri

family medical leave

I took FMLA due to the illness of my father for a few days, I gave my employer a written note provided by my Dad's Dr. whom said it was necessary for my leave. My employer did approved for FMLA. However, I was in the perfect attendance program for the last two years before FMLA now my employer tells me that I no longer quality for this program that the FMLA counted against my perfect attendance program. My employer states this is an award program?

Does the FMLA protect me from loosing this benefit.

Re: family medical leave

Most likely no - but check the company to see how it treated others in the past in similar situations.
