Legal Question in Medical Leave in Missouri
If I'm out for six weeks on the FMLA act do I have to return to that job. I'll be doing it without pay as I have no short term or long term leave available.

I guess I am not really understanding what you are saying. Are you planning on quitting after you use the FMLA time? You can do that.
