Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

A coupe were living with me for 2 months. When they left 3 months ago, they did not take all of their belongings. Can I sell their belongings at a yard sale?

You must give them the Missouri abandoned property letter. If they still do not remove the proerty, you may be able to get rid of it. If you sell it unlawfully, you hmay have to give all the money to them plus pay them the difference between what it was worth and what you sold it for.
