Re: Motion to Dismiss

Your question suggests that you are not represented by an attorney. If you are represented by an attorney, direct your question to your attorney. If not, then you will need to provide sufficient information for an attorney to give you a competent response. Where is this lawsuit pending? What type of case does this involve? Are you a party to the lawsuit? Which party? Who filed the Motion to Dismiss? When? Was it served upon all other parties? Was it noticed up? Was a copy of the notice served on all parties? Was there an argument on the Motion? Did the Court take the Motion under submisssion, or rule upon the Motion immediately after argument? What Memo or Court Order was signed by the Court at that time? What has happened in the lawsuit since that time? If an attorney had answers to questions like these the attorney might be able to help you.
