Legal Question in Immigration Law in Missouri

am getting abused by my husband and i have a green card and its less than than a year since i got my green card.I have been married fro a year and a half.He pointed a gun at me,we have been having problems ever since i got a job and started school,since he lost his job.What can i do am so scared.

GO TO A SHELTER IMMEDIATELY. Try to get a copy of all your immigration papers. If you have evidence of the abuse - affidavits, police reports etc., you can probably still get your green card even if you don't stay married.
