Legal Question in Immigration Law in Missouri

I am here in the USA. I have two brothers in Thailand. My second brother is trying to sponsor my yongest brother to come to study. I have my parents migrated here as permanent residents. My second brother graduated from USA and is working in Thailand. My yougest brother is working with Kaplan Univerisity. The fact that my parents are here, would this have any impact on my youngest brother getting a visa?

Yes, it might. Because every applicant for a non-immigrant visa (e.g. student visa) is presumed to have an immigrant intent unless he can prove otherwise.
