Legal Question in Immigration Law in Missouri

Marriage to a US citizen on Federal Assistance

I am married to a US citizen who receives federal housing, food stamps and Medicaid. Her father is willing to sponsor me by signing the affiodavit of support but since I have to prove we live together, would it adversely affect my case considering the fact I am living in an apartment that is provided to her by the Federal Housing Commission. In short, would I be deemed to be on public assistance if my wife is on public assistance.

Re: Marriage to a US citizen on Federal Assistance

Your wife will need to "sponsor" you. I would need additional facts to determine who can complete the affidavit of support so that you can get permanent resident status. I can help you with this. Send me a letter at the address below or email me. Once we resolve the affidavit of support issue, I can complete the entire process for you for a very reasonable cost that can be paid in low monthly payments.
