Legal Question in Insurance Law in Missouri

Insurance trying to SCREW me

My auto became MIA for 24 days. I was shopping and when my daughter and I left the mall, My car was gone.

The police recovered it burned/striped on railroad tracks 24 days after it became missing. The insurance company said there is a Key in the ignition. I don't believe them, I gave all sets of keys to them. The car was used. I did not have any other keys in the car. I called the tow company who picked it up, they said there was no key in it at the time they found it. As of right now I HAVE BEEN WITH OUT MY CAR FOR 35 DAYS, though i did purchace a new one because it saves me more money than renting.

Anyway, they are investigating me and my husband.

should I contact a lawyer? And can I have some advice on my rights?
