Bought rental house
We recently closed our purchase of a rental house but the tenant's lease is not up uptil the end of April. Can we take possession without reprocussions?

You need to serve a notice to quit and if they do not voluntarily leave, you'll need to file an action for unlawful detainer. You'll likely need an attorney to help you with this.
