Legal Question in Military Law in Missouri

Soon to be ANG officer wanting to marry Active Airforce enlisted

I have been dating a senior airman for three years now. I am in Army Rotc and will be commissioning in may 2005. (we were dating before I was in rotc)I plan to go into the army national guard and he is in the active airforce. I would like get married but, I do not know if we should marry before I commission. I am afraid that if we wait until after I commission it would be considered fraternization which may come with consequences. Would it be considered fraternization to get married later or is it a better idea to get married before I commission? Please help, this question is killing me. What is best to do?

Is it true that because I am part civilian and not even in the same branch it is not fraternization?

Should never be a problem because of the two separate services, since no one will inquire. But keeping a low profile is always a good idea. Might want to make some important life decisions before you go much further, to keep it from being a problem in the future.
