can she drive?

my wife has had 3 seizures in a month, can she legally drive in the state of missouri? if she can and has an accident and kills someone or dies herself can I be held finacially responsible for her actions because of her past medical conditions.

You are not more financially responsible for an acciednet caused by your wife, just because she has had some seizures. There are rare occations where your joint assets could be in jeopardy because she caused harm to another. They do not change much because she had seizures.

Perhaps you should ask her doctor IF she SHOULD drive. If the doctor says she should not, and you giver her keys to yoru car, you could be individually responsible for damge or injuris caused by her.
