slip and fell at grocery store

i went to the grocery store was walking slipped on salad dressing someone spilled,i didnt see it,it was near a freezer that sits in the middle of the isle,i fell,and fractured a disc in my back,i also had fusion on my back 6 yrs before,and its messed up too,store says they arent responsible,iv all these dr bills piling up,can i sue

Slip and fall cases are difficult because the plaintiff has to prove that the store had notice of the spill and hadn't taken measures to correct the problem. With security cameras these days, sometimes that proof is easy to come by.

I believe you should consult a personal injury attorney and have them review your case. You may have a viable case, and you certainly have a significant injury.
