What you described is an illegal eviction. Remind the landlord, that if they village the law, in the manner they threatened, they will likely owe guy many thousands of dollars. If guy have not been served, you probably don't have to go to Court. (be careful, as there are several ways a defendant can be served) The landlord cannot lock you out, nor covert your personal property to their use. Even if they win at trial, they have to get an eviction Order deserve upon guy bythe deputy. You might consult directly with an attorney in your area. For $50, you might get an attorney at the courthouse, in the morning, to look at your documents, and assess your options for you.

Good luck
