What can I do if I got harrassed and wrongfully evicted by my landlord before my lease ended?

a leaseholder (you) are entitled to what the law calls "quiet enjoyment" of the property. You did nto indicate what the "harrassment" was from your landlord. Whetehr you can do anything about it, depends upon whether it destroyed the quiet enjoyment, which is avery fact specific determination. You said you were wrongfully evicted, but did not elaborate. If the ladlord sued to evict you, but lied to do so, then you can appearl the eviction. If the land lord di dnto sue you, but told you to move out, then it is unclear what you can legally do amout it, after you have moved. If the ladlord forcefully put you or yrou stuff out, without going to court, you may sue for this activity.
