I have a house that I am trying to Rehab. I have insurance on this house that covers vandals but not theft as there was nothing to steal (TV, VCR Appliances) . It was broken into about a week ago and they cut the electric wiring and stole the wires. the insurance company is saying that because they stole the electric wire that this was theft and not vandalized. I need help. I think the insurance company is trying to get out of paying this claim.

You may both be correct. The insurer is probably liable for the damage caused by the persons that stole your wires. You may be responsible for the cost of the wires.
