i got a cni and a speeding ticket at the same time. could i lose my license? and i got a lawyer also though to help me out

If you obtain too many points you could lose your license. It appears that you already have an attorney, then they can explain your options. If not, then you should obtain counsel long before your court date. Let me know If you need a referral.
