Can a lawyer, who is currently representing me in a probate case, also represent my husband's ex-wife in a child custody case against my husband?

Probably not a good idea, but unless your husband is a beneficiary of the estate the attorney is representing you in there is likely no actual conflict. Again, probably not a good idea more from an appearance versus ethics standpoint. Express your concerns to the attorney.
