Legal Question in Workers Comp in Missouri

Should I file a WC case?

It started with my soulder to my elbow hurting like ghost pains couldn't really pinpoint where it hurt. I just knew every morning when I awoke I was unable to move my elbow. these pains where over a period of months.

I figugred out that it was more comforting in the morning if I had slept reclined in a chair. Ihave been doing this for several months now. and still sore but pains have moved on down into my hand as well ito middle finger to finger feels to dislocate and has to be bent to side 20+ times a day to pop back into place.

A couple of days ago my elbow popped and now I still have strength but at same time feels of weakness and finger have numbness or tingleling to pinky, ring finger and partionally middle finger.

All along I have told my Dept.Manager about how thing were going and he has alway said to me put some ice on it. or its just tendinitis. but its just getting worse.

So should I just go see the HR Mgr for a WC flie form?
