Legal Question in Workers Comp in Missouri

work comp

I am receiving w/c benefits for a torn rotator cuff injury. will there be a cash offering of some sort?

is there a chart somewhere I can look up an estimated amount?

My Dr feels I will have about a 60% recovery of my shoulder...

Thank you.

Re: work comp

The value of a shoulder injury under the Missouri Workers' Compensation Act will depend on your wage at the time of injury and the amount of permanent impairment the doctors say you have. Often, the settlement offer made by the insurance company does not represent the true value of the injury. You may refer to our website (Ankerholzsmith.com)for more detailed information about Missouri workers' compensation injuries. If the injury was due to the negigence of someone other than your employer, you may have a third party claim. Consult an experienced workers' compensation attorney.

You are entitled to a lump sum amount based on state scheduled. It could be as high as $20 grand. Contact me at [email protected] for further details.
