Death Of Family Member

A Woman Died In A House Fire. She Had A Large Amount Of Credit Card Debt. Is Her Husband Responsible When His Name Is Not On Some Of The Accounts.

If his name is also on the cards, of course he is responsible. As to the cards without his name, he is only responsible for neccessities. Neccessities are things such as food, clothing, shelter. If the bills are for personal items that aren't necessary for her to live, then he is not responsible.
