Dui convictions in other states
Does DUI convictions in other states affect DUI charges in Montana? If so is there a cut off year when they don't count toward DUI charges in Montana?

DUI convictions from other states can be counted in Montana. There is not a cut off year when they don't count toward DUI charges in Montana. Good Luck!! Consider fighting it.
