Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nebraska

Creditors

I have a legal firm who is calling me for a creditor I owe money to. If, I'm unable to pay, what happens? They are threatening court, legal fees, etc. I wouldn't be able to pay that either.

Re: Creditors

Depending on your overall situation, it may be in your interest to have an attorney negotiate a payoff ( with a large write-off) of the debt, and perhaps others, without bankruptcy filing.

Call or email for more information on this procedure.
