Legal Question in Family Law in Nebraska

Do we have to wait 6 months to get married

My fiance was recently divorced after a long separation. The Nebraska divorce decree states we can't remarry for a period of 6 months. Is there any state or country we can marry in, that will allow us to marry immediately, and the marriage will be legally honored in Nebraska?

Yes, you have to wait six months. Read the divorce decree it says the divorce is final 30 days after the decree is entered, but that you can't remarry ANYWHERE for six months. Sorry, you aren't getting the answer you were clearly looking for.
