whos home is it?

mom gifted us a home and we didn't register a deed all she did was sign it over to us. whos home is it legally?can she take it back?

If she is still listed on the title filed with the registrar of deeds office; she is still the legal owner. Depending on how she signed the home over to you, you may or may not have a right to claim title. You will need to hire an attorney to determine your rights and clean up the mess caused by not consulting an attorney when she agreed to sign over the home.
