Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nebraska

who can change a will

my aunt recently passed away, a copy of her will was found and i guess a lawyer helped her with it but, it was not legal because either it wasnt signed or notarized im not sure wich one.My brother is listed as the executor of the estate but, I guess it went into probate and my grandmother has control over it now?I guess my question is this: I was left a large inheritance but since the will isnt considered legal can my brother or grandma change it now? Do I have any rights what soever in this situaution?
