Bankruptcy Legal Fees

Most attorney's handling Bankruptcy cases do all of the paperwork. However, you have to provide information about your financial circumstances, because a credit report alone does not guarantee a complete picuture of your financial situation. The Bankruptcy court also requires you to produce a number of documents that only you have access to, such as your paystubs and tax returns.

Every attorney in private practice has the right to set their own fees and payment terms. If you call or email me, I will explain about my fees & payment terms.
