Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
Bankruptcy Trustee
My Bankruptcy is pending discharge because the Trustee wanted my tax refund. I sent in copies of my taxes as requested and its been over 60 days and I have not heard from the trustee yet. So my question is, is there a time limit for them to respond or request the money owed to them out of my tax return?

No. You can file a motion to push the issue.
