Enforcing Judgments

I purchase unsatisfied court awarded judicial judgments and represent myself to enforce those judgments through the court. I would like to purchase them for some monetary value and a contingency contract for future payment to the original judgment creditor based on a percentage of any amount received from the judgment debtor if enforced successfully. While there are many opinions on this matter Nevada Bar association and others, they are somewhat confusing. I do not want to operate as a collection agency, however enforce judgment's Pro-Se.I would like to license this business as an LLC in Nevada. Can i do this under these conditions? Thanks in advance for anything you may be able to offer to this situation.

The problem is that you do it as an LLC, you can no longer to it pro per. An LLC is required to have an attorney. Other than that, you can purchase judgments and collect as long as you get a proper assignment.
