Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada

Reinstate Nevada Corporation

I am applying for a mortgage and just found out my Nevada corporation has been revoked. What do I need to do to get it reinstated. Also would it be better to just re-incorporate? This is holding up my closing on my house, so I need to know what the quickest way is as well.

Re: Reinstate Nevada Corporation

We could bring the old company into compliance or form a new company depending on exactly how you are doing this transaction. The Secretary of State filings can be expedited to one hour turnaround (!) if needed, but 24-hour service is more cost effective. Please contact me and we can negotiate a reasonable fee. I do new incorporations or LLCs for only $100 plus filing fees if that is all you require.
