Collection Law Suit In the Justic Court In Las Vegas, Nv.

I have been served a Summons on Capital One Bank for a $2500 (CD)secured visa card account that was charge-off on 12/2003 for $3794 all interest,late payments, over the limited charges, and the last activity date 05/2003 I have Answered the Summins, Field a notice of early case conference, Individal case conference Report,and a request for production of documents. I received a Motion for Summary Judgement with copy's of payments, and disclosures of payments historys. with incomplete Verification and Validation. I have answered the Opposition to Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment, and a second Request for production of Documents. Motion for Summary Judgment will be heard on April 22,2008 Please give me some advice on this matter. Thanks, Bill Hunter
