Bail Limits
If you're in jail on attempt murder-50,000.00 bail and battery with substancial bodily harm and than enter into a plea agreement in district court should your bail lower according to the remaining charge.

Re: Bail Limits
Bail is left mostly to the discretion of the Judge. Normally when charges are dismissed the bail should be lowered but it is not required.
