abandonment order

i live in ky- my x in lv,nv our custody agreement/divorce decree is in fl.

i let my daughter go to lv from apr 3 to july 20 2008. heard he can file abandonment order-how long does she have to be there before he can do this- how can i stop it? what can i do?

How long has your daughter lived in Kentucky? If for over six months, I would file your Florida Decree in Kentucky so it will assume jurisdiction. She has to live her for six months before he can file any document in Nevada.
