Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Do not know where abouts of children

My ex has custody of two of the three children. I no longer know where they are at. What do I do? I pay child support, but the office will not give me that information.

I strongly suggest you 1) hire an investigator to do some searching 2) file a motion for contempt 3) file a motion to modify child support.

Let me know if there is anything I can do to assist.

I agree with Ms. Steiner. You must get into court right away so you can see your children and modify the child support. We also might be able to modify custody. You said that she has custody of 2 of 3 children. Do you have the other child or has the child become an adult. Siblings should have regular contact so this might convince a judge to change custody.

You can file an appropriate motion regarding visitation and/or support. If she is represented by an attorney you can serve her attorney. If she is not represented by an attorney then we would need to try and locate her for you and any information that you would have would be helpful, ie. social security number, past address, etc.
