in a divorce would i have to pay my wife anything monthly. i,m on social security disability 24,000 ayear a private pension of 36,000. she was a rn nurse but has stopped working. she is able to work.i cannot

work i'm 57 and she is 56

There are issues that needed to answered. Is she getting social security disability as a result of your disability? Further, is she entitled to one-half of your pension? There is a possibility that you could get alimony if we show that an RN can make $60,000. It also depends on your life style and how long were you married.
