Annulment

Shortly after our marriage I was sentenced to a term of 2 to 5 years in SDCC. My wife tells me that she has aquired an anulment. Since I have signed no papers, I was wondering if this is legal.

If your wife got an Order from the Judge allowing her to serve you by publication, you bet it's legal.
