Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Contract fraud related to a credit card

I am writing to you trying to find an answer for my daughter She married a man when she was 18 here in Nevada. She does not live with him at this time We subsequently found out that he fraudulently signed her name as co-signer to credit cards that he is in arrears on. Her credit is spotless. Well it was spotless. The credit card companies will not speak with her about this saying it is not her account, but it is appearing on her credit report Is she liable for these bills because of her marriage? Isent this identity theft. Can he be prosecuted. Well that seems like a moot point as we do not know where he is. Does she have a right to see the signature card? Can she challenge these bills with the credit reporting agency based on this?
