Re: Divorce Agreement

You can file a motion in Nevada for an Order To Show Cause why she should not be held in contempt of court for not paying you as ordered in the Decree.

Re: Divorce Agreement

You will need a copy of your Nevada Decree of Divorce and will have to pay a $25.00 reopening fee to the court when you file your motion.

Make sure that you have followed all of the terms of the Decree as well before you file your Motion.

Your Motion will be set before a judge for hearing and she will have to respond and explain why she hasn't paid.
