If a man remarries in California,can his x-wife ask for more child support because he now has the added income of his new wife?

If its a Nevada order for child support, then normally the non-custodial parent's spouse's income is not usually considered unless the non-custodial parent is unemployed. Then half of the spouse's income could be considered by the court as Nevada is a community property state.

If its a California order for support, you would need to ask that question of a California lawyer.
