Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

leaving my husband

If i was to leave my husband and i have a 8 month year old, but i have no family here in NV could i leave and go to Florida to stay with my family or could he accuse me of kidnapping? Could he try and keep me here because it would be hard for me to survive with me and the baby because i have no family here and all of his is here? could you please get back with me or is there any adivce i could have on the steps to take if i leave? because my son was born here but we have only lived here for 1 year before we lived in texas. thanks

Re: leaving my husband

You need to file a motion for permission to move in Family Court or obtain your husband's written consent. Nevada is the home state of the child right now and this is why you cannot just leave.
