Post Secondary Education Payment

My agreement with my first wife was to set aside 1,750 per annum up to 18 years for daughter(31k) for college. I do not have this at all. What should I prepare myself for or what should I do? This was agreed in the state of California. Daughter resides in Colorado and I reside in Nevada.

You should try to work out a settlement or otherwise you will be in breach of contract.
