Re: prenup

Your question is filled with many concerns that could render your proposed prenuptial agreement invalid at a later date upon review by a court.

I strongly advise you to obtain the assistance of an attorney well versed in family/domestic relations law for the drafting of your prenuptial, and obviously, one who is bilingual or has staff who are bilingual.

There are certain facts that could be missing from your hypo that could also raise concern if present.

The preparation of prenuptial agreements is not an area served well by the "do it yourself" lawyering approach, and there is nothing I know of, nor would suggest, that can help you toward that end. I personally believe it would be tantamount to a surgeon telling you how to operate on yourself.
