Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Pre-Nuptual/Child Support

My husband and I have a pre-nuptual agreement which states any income I have is mine and any he has is his. And neither one are responsible for each others past or present debts. We have been married 2 years. We have lived in Texas for 14 months. He has child support issues in Nevada. He hasn't worked for over a year due to disability(he has filed for his disability)and the Judge in Nevada just reduced his child support today, but want to see my tax returns for the last two years along with his. We have been living on my trust which is none of their business and the reason we signed a pre-nuptual so I would not have to be responsible for his debts. What legal rights do I have to keep them from trying to get my income to pay his child support. I think his x-wife just wants to see how much money I have. Once again, none of her business. There is only one minor child age 16.

Re: Pre-Nuptual/Child Support

You are not a resident of Nevada or a party to the child support case. It follows that if you do not wish to submit your financial records - just say no.
