You need to talk to her. If that does not work, write her a letter and give her 5 days to respond. If that does not work, you need to go to Court for contempt. The Judge will give you additional time, attorney's fees and admonish (yell) at her for jerking you around. You need to try to resolve it first before going to Court pursuant to a local rule.
