Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada

My friend hasn't paid me back.

I have an attorney friend who suggested we stay at a 5 star hotel over the weekend. I told her that I'll reserve it on my business credit card and we'll pay cash once we meet up at the reservation desk. Well, she arrived fashionably late to the hotel and I was forced to book the room under my company credit card, which I didn't want to do. After the weekend was over, she said she would pay me back by check in three days. I hesitated, and said that was fine. Its been a week now, and she went on another trip over the weekend. I'm worried that my husband will find out that I booked the room with the company credit card. Nothing is in writing, it was a verbal agreement, the room was booked solely under may name. Will I be able to get my money back from her? She IS an attorney. I rather ask her before thinking of going to Small Claims court. Its only $150 that she owes me, but I just feel like I was taken advantage of. I feel as if she's avoiding me. I've emailed her a few times re other topics, and she hasn't responded. How should I ask for my money back without offending her? Also, I don't want my husband to feel like he can't trust me with the company credit card. I want to make a pymnt before he sees it.

Re: My friend hasn't paid me back.

If you can prove that she stayed at the hotel with you, then you should prevail in Small Claims Court.
