Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada

Is a writ of mandamus the proper means by which to challenge an order dismissing a complaint against a foreign corporation for lack of personal jurisdiction? The foreign corporation claimed by affidavit they had no general or specific jurisdictional contacts despite introduced evidence to the contrary. ie employees , office, web addresses, and references to property.

An appeal of the order of dismissal. I'm not sure where the writ of mandamus idea is coming from under those facts. You appeal. You'd probably have to file a supersedeas bond with your appeal. The facts which are contrary to the affidavit of the foreign corp should have been used during the litigation of the motion. If they weren't chances are your appeal won't work either. The Supreme Court doesn't usually accept new facts on appeal. Only legal errors. This is the kind of question that makes me say - why didn't you hire a lawyer?
