I-485 adjustment of status petition

filed an I-485 with the USCIS recently, sent in all copies related to my case, i included copy of my passport. I nolonger have my original passport and I-94. what to do when USCIS ask for them???

You can request a duplicate of your I-94 to CIS so long as you have the accurate information regarding your date of entry, port of entry, flight information (if possible), etc. This, however, could take some time. You can indicate to CIS that the information they are requesting has already been provided. I suggest you try to obtain a duplicate of your I-94 record and you keep copies of everything you submit to CIS. If you have any further questions or need any assistance, please contact me.
