Legal Question in Employment Law in Nevada

Can my employer threaten vendors

My employer threatened one of his vendors, that if they hired me. He would no longer carry their product in his store. Is this legal? Do I, or the vendor have a good cause to sue?

I do not give legal advice as to particular situations through this service, only general legal information. Based upon the information you have communicated, if your employer was to engage in such conduct, and you were damaged by such conduct (and perhaps even if you could not show any significant monetary damages), there might well be a legal claim that could be successfully pursued (which is not to say you should pursue it or that it would be sensible to pursue).
