My father recently passed away leaving his house
A sister and brother have moved into our Dad's house after his passing. There is a mortage that I fear they will not be able to substain. I need to be notified if the payments are not made since I am one of six children that have inheirited the house. The Sister living in the house is the Trustee for our Dad's trust all his 6 adult children are heirs, I need to know what form I use requesting to all his 6 adult childre. I need to know what form I use requesting notification of default of the mortgage.
