Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Nevada

Harrassment

A friend of mine in Las Vegas is being accused of harrassing her neighbor by making noise at night.

( she lives in a condo ). The police come to her house every week in the early AM and she thinks the people are trying to drive her out of the complex. The condo association says they can't do anything about it and the police say they're obligated to answer any call. She's losing sleep and can get fined if the accusations don't stop. How does she get the false comlaints to stop? Don't the complaintants have any oblgation to prove their allegations correct before filing them? How do you disprove a negative?

Re: Harrassment

She would have to sue them in civil court or go to Justice Court and try to get a TPO. In America you can accuse anyone of anything wihout proof.
