Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Nevada

Landlord-Tenant

I lived in a single family residence for one year seven months. No lease agreement was ever presented to me nor were any deposits ever requested. The landlord is now demanding that I pay for repairs on the home, if I don't she is planning on taking me to small claims court. What does the law say about this situation. Does she have a case, what course of action should I persue.
